As we looked back through photos taken at various shows this year, we couldn't help but notice that a lot of pieces straddle the line between art and design. This week we featured the work of artists and designers that intrigued us in London, such as Annette Huizing and her stools and tables of paper towel and wallpaper paste.

Aline Johnson's coloured glass leaves and feathers were light, colourful and impossible to keep away from.

Wallpapers by Catherine Hammerton were very layered and textured, and, yes, featured more leaves.

Amy Cushing's glass installations are delightfully mesmerizing with a touch of the candy store.

Fabrics and papers by Gina Pierce riffed on London streets and beautiful decay.
